Bought this piece at auction with a few minor surface flaws. It definitely needed to be re-finished and yes I am one of those that has no problem painting vintage furniture. I did not want to cover the original floral motif in the center so I decided to leave some of the natural wood exposed to balance the rest of it out.6.10.2011

ReplyDeleteThanks Diane...I love this color so much I decided to get a gallon mixed and am currently painting a bedroom set in it. By the way Kim recommended this new paint (Dutch Boy, Max Bond) and that's what I am using on it...love it! It's amazing on furniture.
